What are you dealing with?
Some items simply call for a different approach because of their weight or size: a piano, a corner sofa with a chaise longue, an aquarium, or a full sofa set.
How we approach it
For large or heavy items we always plan with enough manpower and, where needed, equipment such as a lifting strap, hand truck or hoist. If in doubt, send a photo plus the dimensions and we'll work out in advance what's required.
Common examples
Think of a piano that has to go down a narrow staircase, a large wardrobe we disassemble first, or a full aquarium that needs draining before it can be transported.
