What are you dealing with?

Not every collection is a simple case of send a photo, carry it out, done. Sometimes more is involved: a cabinet that has to come apart to fit through the door, or an item that has to go out via a window or balcony because the stairs aren't an option.

How we approach it

Disassembly and hoisting are a standard part of our service wherever needed, with no surprises added to the price afterwards. We assess this in advance from your photo and ask follow-up questions if anything isn't clear.

Common examples

A sliding-door wardrobe that has to go out in parts, a sofa hoisted via the balcony because the stairwell is too narrow, or a bed that gets taken apart first.
