MeubelsLatenOphalen.nl is a trade name of Speaker Verhuur Amsterdam (sole proprietorship), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 88952266, VAT identification number NL004674069B24. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
What data we process
Because all communication runs through WhatsApp and no contact forms or pricing tools are used on this website, we don't collect any data through the website itself. The data we process is received directly from you via WhatsApp, and may include:
- Your phone number, as known to WhatsApp;
- Your name, to the extent you share it yourself;
- The address where the collection or clearance is to take place;
- Photos of furniture, rooms and the situation on site that you share with us;
- Other information you share yourself in connection with the job, such as details about stairs, lifts or urgency.
What we use this data for
We use this data solely to provide a price indication, schedule an appointment, have the job carried out by ourselves or an affiliated partner, and to communicate with you about the progress of your job.
Sharing with affiliated partners
Depending on the location, schedule and type of job, it may be necessary to share relevant data, such as the collection address and photos of the situation, with an affiliated partner who actually carries out the job. This only happens to the extent necessary for the job to be carried out correctly.
Retention period
We don't retain data any longer than necessary for carrying out the job and any legal retention obligations, such as the statutory retention period for tax administration purposes.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. Communication via WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp itself.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data we process about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Contact us via WhatsApp to do so.
