Based on the photo and your description we assess the situation and send back a fair price indication. No fixed rates on the website, but a price tailored to your specific situation.

We agree on a time that works, from the same day to a week later, including evening, weekend and urgent options.

Because it's faster and more personal. Through a photo and a short conversation we can often give a good estimate within 10 minutes, while a form usually leads to delay and back-and-forth emailing.
Why aren't there fixed prices on the website? +
Because the price strongly depends on the type of item, the quantity, the floor and accessibility. A fixed rate wouldn't be fair for most situations, so we work with a tailored price per situation.
Who exactly carries out the job? +
MeubelsLatenOphalen.nl plans and coordinates every job. Depending on location and planning, execution is handled by a carefully selected, affiliated partner in our network. We always remain the point of contact for all communication.
Can I also call instead of messaging? +
WhatsApp is our fastest and most used way of communicating, but if calling is needed that's possible in consultation too.
How do I know the price I receive is final? +
We do our best to give as accurate a price as possible based on the photo. If the situation on site clearly differs from the photo, we always discuss this first before anything is carried out.
What if I can't take a good photo? +
Just do your best and describe the situation in text as well. We'll happily ask follow-up questions via WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
Can the schedule still change after the first appointment? +
Yes, an appointment can be rescheduled in consultation, for example if something changes in your planning.
